Dear Mr. Hunter:
On February 26, 1985 we verbally notified your Mr. D. Hunnicutt of a deficiency regarding a Reliance Electric Company supplied control board that differs from the Environmental Qualification report. We have submitted interim reports logged TXX-4445, TXX-4464, TXX-4482 and TXX-4511 dated March 25, 1985, April 19, 1985, May 29, 1985 and July 11, 1985, respectively.
We have completed our investigation and concluded that the matter is not reportable under 10CFR50.55(e). Records supporting this determination are available for your inspector's review at the CPSES site.
