Reference (1) submitted the Human Factors Control Room Design Review Final Report for Comanche Peak. Reference (2) submitted Supplement 1 to that report. Enclosed is 40 copies of Supplement 2.

l The present status for completing the required action for all identified l

Human Engineering Discrepancies (HED's) is described below.

Of about 500 scale modifications / replacements, two meter faces are still on order but not received. Receipt and installation of these l

last two faces will close out HED's 57, 72, 179, 199, 201, 202, 235, 237, 248, 250, 263, and 326.

The following HED's should be readily closed out when carpet is installed in the control room - 308, 310, 311, 347, 59, 154, and 346.

The additional HED's remain open - 3, 8, 68, 120, 214, 225, 261, 285, 307, 336, 339, 345, 340, 348, 349, 352, and 353.

All of the remaining 354 HED's are considered closed, i
