On February 15, 1984 we verbally informed your Mr. D. Hunnicutt of a deficiency regarding the falsification of vendor inspector eye examinations.
We have submitted interim reports logged TXX-4131, TXX-4149, TXX-4167 dated March 13,1984, April 13,1984 and May 11, 1984, respectively.
We have completed our investigation and concluded that the matter is not reportable under 10CFR50.55(e). Records supporting this determination are available for your inspector's review at the CPSES site.
