On February 15, 1984 we verbally informed your Mr. D. Hunnicutt of a discrepancy in vendor documentation of Quality Assurance inspector eye examination records.
We have submitted interim reports logged TXX-4131, TXX-4149 dated March 13, 1984 and April 13, 1984, respectively.
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate completion by June 29, 1984.
