In accordance with a letter from Mr. B. J. Youngblood dated November 25, 1983, enclosed are six (6) copies each of Fiy,ures 5-1 and 5-7 identifying the review changes he requested regarding the inclusion of the onsite water sources required for safe shutdown and measures used to protect these sources as vital equipment in the Comanche Peak Physical Security Plan, Revision 4, submitted to the NRC on May 26, 1983, by letter from Mr. B. R. Clements.
The upgraded figures contain Safeguards Information and should be handled in accordance with 10 CFR Parts 2, 50, 70, and 73, " Protection of Unclassified Safeguards Information, Final Rule," which became ef fective January 20, 1982.
Your consideration of these review changes to the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station Physical Security Plan, Revision 4, will be appreciated.
