On March 1, 1983 we verbally informed your Mr. R. G. Taylor of a deficiency regarding HVAC hangers which were fabricated at variance with design documents. We have submitted interim reports logged TXX-3651, TXX-3671, and TXX-4000 dated March 29, 1983, May 11, 1983 and July 4, 1983.
We have completed our investigation and concluded that the matter is not reportable under 10CFR50.55(e). Records supporting this determination are available for your Inspector's review at CPSES site.
