Dear Mr. Burwell:
As previously discussed with NRC reviewer John Stang, enclosed please find 2 copies of the CPSES Interim Fuel Building Fire Protection Program.
This program is to become effective upon receipt of fuel on site and will be superseded when permanent administrative controls and surveillance procedures are implemented prior to Unit 1 fuel load.
Please review the procedure for acceptability.
