Dear Mr. Madsen:
On April 14, 1982, we verbally informed your Mr. R. G. Taylor of a deficiency regarding Pacific Pump multi-vane diffuser cracking. We have submitted interim letters TXX-3518, TXX-3563, TXX-3576, TXX-3593, and TXX-3609 dated May 14, 1982, August 25, 1982, October 1, 1982, December 7, 1982 and January 13, 1983 respec-tively.
We have completed our investigation and concluded that the matter is not report-able under 10 CFR 50.55(e).
Records supporting this detennination are available for your Inspector's review at the CPSES site.
