Dear Mr. Madsen:
On December 17, 1980 we verbally informed your Mr. R. G. Taylor of a change in published values of the ultimate pull-out performance of one-inch diameter HILTI Kwik-Bolt enchors.
On January 12, 1981 via TXX-3267 we advised you we were continuing our evaluation. This evaluation is now complete, and we have concluded that the condition is not a significant deficiency under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.55(e) and is not repertable.
Documentation supporting our conclusion is available for review at the site.
If we can provide any additional information, please advise.
