e Our response to IE Bulletin 79-28, transmitted in TXX-3112 dated March 24, 1980, is revised as follows:
Item 1 of response - No change.
Item 2 of response - Ho change.
Item 3 of response - The corrective actions specified by the manufacturer and included in the be11etin will not be implemented due to difficulty experienced in environmental qualification of these switches. All switches within the scope of this bulletin will be replaced prior to plant operation.
