Dear Mr. Tedesco:

The inservice inspection requirements associated with the reactor coolant isolation valves will be addressed in the CPSES Inservice Inspection Program. The program is i'n the process of being developed and will be submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission within six months of commercial operation. The program will either conform to the Staff position, or will contain justification for any exceptions.
