On June 14, 1979, we verbally informed your Mr. R. G. Taylor of. a possible cooling problem with the diesel generators. We submitted interim responses logged TXX-3008, 3026, and 3037, advising you that we were continuing our investigation and evaluation. We have completed our analysis and have concluded that the atter is not reportable under 10 CFR 50.55(e).
Records supporting this determination are available for your Inspector's review at the Gibbs & Hill facilities in New York.
