Dear Mr. Seidle:
On January 10, 1979, we verhally informed your Mr. R. G. Taylor, CPSES Resident Inspector, of a design deficiency with the expansion joint in the Decontamination Room that we were evaluating as a "potentially" reportable deficiency within the definition of 10 CFR 50.55(e). We have completed our investigation and have concluded that the matter is not repartable under 10 CFR 50.55(e).
