Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with 10CFR72.212(b)(1)(i), Lun-inant Generation Company, LLC (Luminant Power) hereby notifies the NRC of the first storage of spent fuel at Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant, Units I and 2 under the general license provisions of 10CFR72, Subpart K. Cask loading activities are expected to commence July 11, 2011. For the first loading campaign, we will use the Holtec International HI-STORM 100 System in accordance with 10 CFR 72.
