Box 480 Middletown, PA 17057 NEI 99-04 This letter submits the 2023 Annual Commitment Revision Summary Report required by SECY-00-0045 (NEI 99-04) for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (TMl-1).
Based on a review of commitment tracking documentation, it has been determined that no new commitment changes were processed and implemented in calendar year 2023.
There are no new regulatory commitments established by this submittal.
