The following information was provided by … The following information was provided by the licensee via email:</br>At 1949 CDT, while operating in Mode 1 at 46 percent power, an Auxiliary Feedwater actuation signal resulted from a human performance error while performing SYS AE-121 to place a second main feedwater pump in service. All systems responded correctly and were restored to standby condition. The Unit remained in Mode 1, at 47 percent power following the actuation. This event is being reported in accordance with 10 CFR 50.72(b)(3)(iv)(A) as an event that results in a valid actuation of the Auxiliary Feedwater System.</br>The Senior NRC Resident Inspector has been informed.</br>* * * RETRACTION ON 8/16/22 AT 1406 EDT FROM JASON KNUST TO BRIAN P.
