At 2030 CDT (on 4/16/10), the Technical Su … At 2030 CDT (on 4/16/10), the Technical Support Center ventilation system was found not running. The cause for the failure of the Technical Support Center ventilation system is not known at this time. This condition renders the Technical Support Center unavailable for emergency planning responses. Alternate facilities are available.
