On 1/23/08 at 0010 the Unit 4 Emergency Re … On 1/23/08 at 0010 the Unit 4 Emergency Response Data Acquisition and Display System (ERDADS) was noted to be not functioning. Reboot was attempted several times prior to achieving success. During this timeframe a loss of the ability to supply Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) data existed for greater than 30 minutes. This is also an ERDADS failure that was not corrected within 30 minutes. These fall into a 'major loss of emergency assessment capability' 10 CFR 50.72 (b) (3) (xiii).
