At 0831 EDT, an individual was transported … At 0831 EDT, an individual was transported to an offsite medical facility due to chest pains. The individual was preparing to leave a contaminated area when the chest pains occurred. His protected clothing was cut off, and he was transported via ambulance to an offsite medical facility.
