The dedication plan lists chemical properties as one of the critical characteristics with the acceptance criteria. The extent of condition is limited to Darmatt KM-1 flat board supplied to Energy Northwest (Columbia Generating Station). The issue has been entered into Transco Products Inc.''s corrective action program. Testing to verify the chemical properties of the supplied flat board is in process.
