During a periodic inventory check at the C … During a periodic inventory check at the Columbia Falls, MT location, the Facility Radiation Safety Officer discovered two Ohmart SHF1 source holders with inoperable shutter mechanisms. Both Cs-137 sources (10 milliCuries and 50 milliCuries) are in areas where exposure to the sources is minimized by their inaccessible locations.
