(The RSO) stated that a roller had broken loose from their line, and it damaged the housing for a registered generally licensed device (fixed gauge) they have on the property. The gauge is a Honeywell Measurex. 50 mCi Sr-90.</br>There was no loss of control, but there was damage. They (Goodyear) took immediate action.
