JANX crew was working on a piping fabricat … JANX crew was working on a piping fabrication. A piece of 2 inch pipe fell while making an exposure. It is believed that the falling pipe struck the guide tube. The radiographer then attempted to retrieve the source. The source partially retracted and then became stuck. The area was then cordoned off. The area is being well controlled. JANX's customer is Dominion Gas Transmission. There are no residential units close to this area. Source Production & Equipment Co. Inc. (SPEC) has been contacted. SPEC is dispatching personnel to effect source retrieval.
