The investigation into the extent of the potential noncompliance continues including whether associated elements of 10 CFR 26.63 are in compliance. Safety related construction activities will be suspended pending resolution and completion of corrective actions.</br>Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) is providing this notification under the provisions of 10 CFR26.719(b)(4).</br>The licensee will notify the Public Service Commission of Georgia and the NRC Construction Inspection Staff.and the NRC Construction Inspection Staff. +
