At 2024 CDT on 6/25/2010, HVR-UC5, HPCS (H … At 2024 CDT on 6/25/2010, HVR-UC5, HPCS (High Pressure Core Spray) Pump Room Cooler was secured due to high vibration reported (by the) field operator (which was caused by) rubbing on the fan motor shroud.
