ERDS link remains unreliable at this time.</br>Notification is based on 'A major loss of emergency assessment capability' per 10CFR50.72(b)(3)(xiii), specifically a loss of the ability to supply ERDS data for greater than 30 minutes</br>The licensee will be notifying the NRC Resident Inspector.</br>This is a recurring event. An emergency notification based on 'A major loss of emergency assessment capability' per 10CFR50.72(b)(3)(xiii) was made at 2024 EST on 1/27/2008. Refer to EN#43936.</br>The Unit 4 Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) link to the NRC was returned to operable status at 1800 EST on 2/7/2008.</br>The licensee informed the NRC Resident Inspector.
