The inspectors identified a Green finding … The inspectors identified a Green finding associated with the licensee\\\'s failure to meet the actions described to the NRC in letters dated April 21,2009, and October 29 and 30, 2009, addressing corrective actions to improve site performance in the areas of human performance and problem identification and resolution. Specifically, 16 actions were not implemented on time and a number of actions were modified from what was previously described, all prior to informing the NRC. These findings were documented in Nuclear Notification 200848923. The inspectors determined that the licensee\\\'s failure to perform actions as documented in its plan to the NRC was more than minor because if left uncorrected could result in a more significant safety concern. Using Inspection Manual Chapter 0609, Appendix M, this finding was reviewed by NRC management and was determined to be of very low safety significance (Green).
