The inspectors identified a Green finding … The inspectors identified a Green finding and an associated NCV of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations(CFR), Part 50, Appendix B, Criterion XI, Test Control, for the failure to assure that applicable requirements and acceptance limits contained in the inboard main steam isolation valve (MSIV) design documents were incorporated into their test procedure.
