I. SECY-17-0062 - CROW BUTIE RESOURCES, INC. (IN SITU LEACH URANIUM RECOVERY FACILITY) CONSOLIDATED INTERVENORS' PETITION FOR REVIEW OF LBP-16-13 The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to the Consolidated lntervenors' petition for review of LBP-16-13, the Board's second partial initial decision.
The Memorandum and Order denies the petition for review. Commissioner Burns did not participate in this matter.
(Subsequently, on November 29, 2018, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
II. SECY-18-0089- MOTION TO QUASH OFFICE OF INVESTIGATIONS SUBPOENA FILED BY REED COLLEGE The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to Reed College's motion to quash a subpoena issued by the NRC's Office of Investigations to Reed College. The Memorandum and Order (unpublished due to privacy concerns) grants Reed College's motion to quash the subpoena.
(Subsequently, on November 29, 2018, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
