This Service Obligation Debt is related to me, a repayment of Student Loan Repayment Program under Management Directive 10.49. I submitted a waiver request of this obligation debt on December 12, 2023, which was denied February 15, 2024.
For ease, I can provide these necessary documents. This request is for correspondences amongst employees of the U.S. NRC, including emails, related to the denial of my waiver request. Additionally, the NRC submitted a response to Representative John Joyce, which I did not receive. In addition, I'm requesting all approved /

Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation Items of Interest Week Ending March 1, 2024 X-energy Regulatory Engagement Plans On February 23, 2024, X-energy submitted regulatory engagement plans (REPs) pertaining to preapplication activities for the Xe-100 design (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML24054A840) and the deployment of their reactor technology at the Dow Seadrift Operation site in Calhoun County, TX (Project Long Mott) (ML24054A834). According to the REPs, X-energy plans to submit 9 topical reports in support of preapplication activities for the Xe-100 design and a construction permit application for Project Long Mott in the 4th quarter of 2024.
Beaver Valley, Davis-Besse, and Perry, Completing the Direct License Transfer of the Energy Harbor Nuclear Generation LLC Fleet to Vistra Operations Company LLC On March 1, 2024, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff issued conforming amendments (ML24057A092) for Beaver Valley, Davis-Besse, and Perry, completing the direct license transfer of the Energy Harbor Nuclear Generation LLC fleet to Vistra Operations Company LLC. The amendments complete a license transfer request originally submitted on April 14, 2023. The staff issued an order granting the transfers on September 28, 2023 (ML23237B427). On February 23, 2024, the licensees notified the NRC that all regulatory approvals necessary to close the transfer transaction had been received and that the transfer transaction would not close before March 1,2024, giving the NRC a 5 day notice as required by the September 28, 2023, order.

The purpose of this contract is to obtain Microsoft Unified Support Services to provide vendor support, assessments, and general technology support for Microsoft technology in the agency. The period of performance is from February 9, 2024, through February 8, 2025, with three option periods. The total potential value of the contract can be up to $1,756,674.00.
