Environmental Review Approved X Disapproved Abstain Not Participating COMMENTS: Below X Attached None I appreciate the NRC Staffs timely and thoughtful response to the Commissions direction in SRM-SECY-21-0066. Based on the scope of the near-term rulemaking plan approved by the Commission in SRM-SECY-22-0024, I agree with the Staffs recommendation to defer the initiation of the 10-year regulatory review and update until the next 10-year review cycle.
Therefore, I approve Alternative 2.
