SECY-20-0087 - HOLTEC INTERNATIONAL (HI-STORE CONSOLIDATED INTERIM STORAGE FACILITY), SIERRA CLUB APPEAL OF LBP-20-6 The Commission 1 approved a Memorandum and Order addressing Sierra Clubs appeal of the 0F Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards decision on remand dismissing its five contentions. The Memorandum and Order denies the appeal.
(Subsequently, on February 18, 2021, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
II. SECY- 20-0099 - DTE ELECTRIC CO. (FERMI 2), APPEAL OF LBP-20-7 (DENIAL OF HEARING REQUEST RELATED TO SPENT FUEL POOL LICENSE AMENDMENT)
The Commission1 approved a Memorandum and Order responding to Citizens Resistance at Fermi 2s appeal of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards decision denying its petition to intervene and request for hearing in this license amendment proceeding. The Memorandum and Order affirms the Boards decision.
(Subsequently, on February 18, 2021, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
