Good morning, I am Christopher Hanson, Chairman of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and I am presiding over this public affirmation session, which is being conducted both by videoconference and teleconference. Joining me are the other currently serving members of the Commission; Commissioner Baran, Commissioner Caputo, and Commissioner Wright. Also, Participating are Annette Vietti-Cook, Secretary of the Commission, and Marian Zobler, General Counsel. This meeting is open to the public. Madam Secretary, I believe we have two items for affirmation this morning. Would you please lead the Commission through?
ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: Yes, the first item is SECY-20-0087, Holtec International (HI-Store Consolidated Interim Storage Facility), Sierra Club Appeal of Licensing Board Panel-20-6.
The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order addressing Sierra Clubs appeal of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards decision on remand dismissing its five contentions.
The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order denying the appeal.

4 ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: The second item is SECY-20-0099, DTE Electric Company (Fermi 2), Appeal of Licensing Board Panel-20-7 (Denial of Hearing Request related to Spent Fuel Pool License Amendment). The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to Citizens Resistance at Fermi 2s appeal of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards decision denying its petition to intervene and request for hearing in this license amendment proceeding.
The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order affirming the Boards decision.
