Pursuant to the Boards December 17, 2004 Memorandum and Order, ordering the NRC staff to provide BREDL with access to redacted portions of SECY-03-0215, Insider Threat Mitigation by Licensees, the NRC staff has redacted those portions of the paper relating to measures not approved by the Commission in the final program. Enclosed herewith you will find a redacted copy of the document. Pursuant to our previous agreement, please make this document available to Ms. Curran at your office upon receipt. The document is being made available pursuant to the terms and restrictions of the protective order governing this case.
