NRC letter "Seabrook Station, Unit No. 1 - NRC Security Inspection Report 05000443/2014403," November 20, 2014 The referenced Inspection Report (IR) discusses three 10 CFR 73.54 violations and one licensee identified violation of very low safety significance at Seabrook Station. As discussed in the IR, the NRC has exercised enforcement discretion for these violations in accordance with the Security Issues Forum Charter. Further, the JR requests NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (NextEra) notify the NRC of the date that compliance for these violations was achieved along with the method of compliance. The enclosure to this letter provides the requested information.
The enclosure to this letter contains sensitive security-related information; therefore, NextEra requests that it be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390.
This letter makes no new commitments or changes to existing commitments.
