Registration of Use of Cask to Store Spent Fuel In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under §72.210,"
paragraph (b)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) is registering, with the NRC, the use of three casks under the general license to store spent fuel at Limerick Generating Station (LGS). The casks were placed into service with stored spent fuel on June 15, 2013, June 21, 2013, and June 28, 2013, respectively. This registration is required to be submitted within 30 days. Accordingly, this submittal is due by July 15, 2013.
The following information is provided in accordance with 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2).

This information is required by Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 1004, Amendment No.10, Attachment A, "Technical Specifications" (TS) 1.1.7, "Special Requirements for First System in Place."
TS 1.1.7 also requires the submittal of the same information for subsequently loaded DSCs with higher heat loads. The attachment to this letter provides the information required by TS 1.1.7 for the three DSCs listed above. This information was obtained using LGS procedure ST-6-114-360-0, "Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Technical Specification Testing."
