Fitness for Duty Performance Data Reports - First Period - 2005 In accordance with 10 CFR 26.71(d}, "Recordkeeping requirements," Exelon Generation Company (Exelon), LLC, and AmerGen Energy Company, LLC (AmerGen) are providing the compiled fitness-for-duty program performance data for their respective nuclear power stations and the corporate support employees within the scope of the rule for the six-month period ending June 30, 2005.
As required by 10 CFR 26.71(d), management actions and reported events are also provided as attachments. This performance data is reported on the January 1992 revised Fitness-For Duty (FFD) Performance Data Form developed by Nuclear Management and Resources Council (NUMARC).

Events Reported Random Testing Rate dditional Information NETT SQUARE AND WARRENVILLE OFFICES Management Actions and Sanctions Two (2) positive tests at Exelon corporate locations resulted in the denial or revocation of unescorted access.
There were no 24-hour reportable events at Exelon corporate locations during this reporting period.
Exelon Nuclear maintains separate testing pools for employees and contractors. For the first half of 2005 the companywide random testing rate for employees was 28.0% and for contractors the random testing rate was 28.1 %.
During the current reporting period, i.e., January-June, 2005, twenty (20) specimens from all locations were reported as presumptive positive for cocaine as a result of on-site screening.
Seventeen (17) of the twenty (20) specimens were confirmed as positive by the laboratories and were verified as positive by the Medical Review Officer for a confirmation rate of 85.0%.
This confirmation rate allows Exelon to temporarily suspend individuals from unescorted access or to take lesser administrative actions against individuals based on an unconfirmed presumptive positive test for cocaine as stated in 10 CFR 26.24(d).

Events Reported On April 23, 2005, a For Cause test of a contract supervisor resulted in a positive test. The individual's unescorted access was revoked and a work performance investigation was completed. A 24-hour reportable event notification was made to the NRC Operations Center in accordance with 10 CFR 26.73(a)(2).
