U. S. NRC Order EA-03-086, "Issuance of Order Requiring Compliance with Revised Design Basis Threat for Operating Power Reactors," dated April 29, 2003 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4 and Conditions C.2 and C of the NRC Orders issued in References 1 and 2, respectively, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) and AmerGen Energy Company, LLC (AmerGen), report that the implementation of the requirements described in Attachment 2 of each of the Orders is complete. By letters dated October 28 and 29, 2004, and corrected by letter dated December 10, 2004, the NRC approved the revised physical security plans, training and qualification plans, and safeguards contingency plans for the Exelon and AmerGen facilities that were required by References 1 and 2.
