RADIATION EMERGENCY PLAN SUBMITTAL l
REVISION 38 (REM 4000) in compliance with 10CFR50.54(q), South Carolina Electric & Gas Company, acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, submits one controlled copy of Revision 38 to the Radiation Emergency Plan.
l The Radiation Emergency Plan is being submitted in its entirety due to the conversion process of changing computer software. Also enclosed is a summary of changes by page number affected by Revision 38.
The changes in Revision 38 were reviewwiin accordance with 10CFR50.54(q) and were found not to decrease the effectiveness of the Radiation Emergency Plan.
