VIRGIL C. SUMMER NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT I DOCKET NO. 50-395 OPERATING LICENSE NO. NPF-12 PERSONNEL CHANGES This letter is providing information on recent management changes at the Virgil C.

Summer Nuclear Station (VCSNS). Mr. George A. Lippard, IlI will be the primary recipient for all correspondence for Unit 1. It is requested that changes to the distribution list for all NRC correspondence be made to reflect the following:

UNIT 1 CHANGES:

Mr. Thomas D. Gatlin has been assigned to the new position of Vice President, Support Services reporting to Mr. Jeffrey B. Archie, Senior Vice President, Nuclear Operations.

Mr. George A. Lippard, Ill has been promoted to Vice President, Nuclear Plant Operations replacing Mr. Gatlin. He reports to Mr. Archie.

Mr. Robert L. Justice has been promoted to General Manager, Nuclear Plant Operations replacing Mr. Lippard. Mr. Justice is Unit 1 Plant Manager and reports to Mr. Lippard.

Mr. Donald D. Shue has rotated to Manager, Nuclear Operations replacing Mr.

Justice. He reports to Mr. Justice.

Mr. Robert F. Ray has rotated to Manager, Maintenance Services replacing Mr.

Shue. He reports to Mr. Justice.
