Nuclear Regulatory Commission, "Schedule Change to Open Phase Condition Detection Implementation" (ADAMS Accession No. ML18354A823), dated December 20, 2018 The reference to this letter contains the original implementation schedule for the open phase condition at River Bend Station (RBS). RBS is currently in a monitoring mode with an alarm response process for operators to take action if the system detects the presence of an open phase condition. During the monitoring period design issues were identified that require the installation of additional plant modifications. These plant modificationswill be installed and the open phase initiative completed before December 31, 2020..
