Dear Sir or Madam:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q) and 10 CFR 50.4, enclosed are copies of recently revised Emergency Implementing Procedures (applicable to RBS only), Emergency Procedures (applicaible to the Entergy nuclear fleet), and the RBS Emergency Plan. Included with the Emergency Plan and each procedure is the 10 CFR 50.54(q) screening, which documents that the pertinent revision does not decrease the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.
