TABLE I ABSTRACT OF EXAMINATIONS AND TESTS River Bend Station OAR Table I Notes Note 1 - A total of 26 Category B-A welds are included in the population. However only 24 require examination (reference RR2-0001)

Note 2 - A total of 359 Category B-G-1 bolting are included in the population. However, 64 bolting are associated with Category B-L-1 inspection selection frequencies. Percentages are not calculated base on examinations are only required when components are dissemble for maintenance. (Reference IWB-2500-1 Note 3)

Note 3 - A total of 77 Category B-G-2 bolting are included in the population. However, 68 bolting are associated with Category B-M-2 and B-L-2 inspection selection frequencies. Percentages are not calculated base on examinations are only required when components are dissemble for maintenance. (Reference IWB-2500-1 Note 3)

Note 4 - The percentage of completed inspections are calculated using the required number of inspections as opposed to the number of actual inspections performed to date.

Note 5 - The number of inspections selected is more than required by ASME code. Only taking credit for 67% during the second period.

Note 6 - Percentages do not apply to this Code Category. Internal surface examinations are only required when the Pump or Valve is disassembled from each group of pump or valves.

Note 7 - A total of 4 Category C-A are included in the population. However, only 2 are required to be inspected in accordance with IWC-2500-1, Category C-A, note 3.

Note 8 - A total of 4 Category C-B are included in the population. However, only 2 are required to be inspected (reference RR2-0002).

Note 9 - Relief is being requested to eliminate 6 Category C-F-1 welds from examination based on accessibility limitations (under water).

Note 10 - Relief is being requested to eliminate examination of Category C-G welds, Item C6.10 (Pump Casing Welds) due to accessibility (incased in concrete - reference RR2-0003).

Note 11-No additional examinations were required due to degradation or repair/replacement activities.

Note 12-Examinations performed per Appendix J Program only in accordance with Relief Request IWE-03.

Note 13 - A total of 41 Category F-A, Item F1.40 supports are included in the total population. However, only 14 examinations are required in accordance with IWF-2500-1, Note 3.
