Dear Sir or Madam:
On September 8, 2005, River Bend Station conducted a teleconference with NRC so that you could more fully understand, through our responses to your requests for additional information (RAIs), the enhancements that have been implemented at the site related to B.5.b.
Subsequently, the NRC requested by letter dated September 14, 2005, that Entergy provide written responses to these RAls. The attachment provides the responses for River Bend Station to the RAls clarifying our original submittal dated May 31, 2005. A PGP encrypted copy has also been provided via e-mail.
