A review of the River Bend Station Fitness-For-Duty (FFD) database for confirmed positive files revealed a typographical error which was made regarding licensee employees that tested positive. This data was provided to you in our letter dated August 24,1994, for the reporting period January 1,1994, through June 20,1994. The error has since been corrected in the program performance database and additional administrative controls l
implemented to ensure that this problem will not reoccur. We regret this error.
