The Westinghouse Electric Company, a division of CBS Corporation, hereby withdraws the application for tra:isfer and amendmc.7t of the llanse for the Westinghouse Commercial Fue' Fabrication Facility (License Number SNM-1107, Docket Number 70-01151). That application request was rnade by the above refarenced letter. The nuclear businesses of CBS Corporation that operate under the various licenses, approvals and certificates issued by the Commission remain intact as a con +r uing

operating division of the re-named corporate entity. These nuclear businesses now J
operate and do business under the name "Westin0 house Electric Company, a division of CBS Corporation'. The withdrawal is necessitated because the former plans to separate the corporatien's bro &1 casting and industrial businesses now will not occur.
