I OPERATIONS
SUMMARY
Open vessel testing was completed this month and Test Condition Heatup was entered. Non-Nuclear Heatup is in progress. Preoperational testing was completed on the post-accident radiaticn monitoring system (D19).
On July 6, 1986, reignition occurred in the off-gas charcoal adsorber vessels and another Unusual Event was declared. The Unusual Event was terminated on July 8, 1986. The off-gas charcoal adsorber vessels have been emptied, dried, and refilled with new charcoal. Preparations are underway to complete the off-gas system (N64) preoperational testing.
