a Operations Summary The Californium neutron sources were installed on May 2, core verification was completed on May 4, and scram time testing was completed on May 23, 1986. An operational physical security inspection was conducted during the week of May 5, 1986. All Operating License related items required for initial, criticality were completed as of May 30, 1986, and surveillances were being conducted in preparation for initial criticality.
