Dear Sir or Madam:
Pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 50, Section 54(p)(2), Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) is submitting revision 2 of the Palisades Nuclear Plant Cyber Security Plan (CSP) along with descriptions of the changes made in revision 2. CSP revision 2 replaces revision 1, which was submitted in Reference 1. The changes in CSP revision 2 do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan.
ENO has documented in its corrective action program that CSP revision 2 was not submitted within two months of issuance as required by 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).
ENO requests that the attachment and the enclosure to this letter, which contain security-related information (S-RI), be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
This letter identifies no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
