Dear Sir or Madam:
Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc, (ENO) attended a regulatory conference at the NRC Region III office on January 11, 2012. At that meeting, ENO agreed to provide an updated significance determination process (SDP) related to the failure of a DC Bus, causing a plant trip on September 25, 2011. The updated SDP is attached.
This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
